Socks Cylius is the love interest of Lavender James. His introduction episode is unknown currently. He is the son of Phaeton Cylius, the starter of all Phaeton testing, who first discovered the chemical in 3E461. He is also the older brother to Mimi Cylius and, as a side note, one of the only people who can tolerate Pepper Hain, his best friend.
